TOWN BUILDING, GROUNDS & EQUIPMENT: Russ stated that Darcy will be mowing with no change in cost.
COMMUNICATIONS & Correspondence:

TOWN BUSINESS ~ Supervisor: We received both Ameren rebate checks in the amount of
$ 528.00 for maintenance building and $ 324.00 was for the Town Hall plus Torima check received in the amount of $ 1572.00 for road and $ 673.00 for Town. Russ reminded everyone of election day, April 1st.
CLERK BUSINESS: Rhonda reminded everyone to complete their Statement of Economic Interest.
ROAD BUSINESS ~ Highway Commissioner: Denny said it is not a good idea to listen to the weather reports in our county the weatherman said 2 inches and we only had a dusting. The crew is starting to fill potholes on the roads. Denny is receiving calls from residents about driveways and County roads which we do not maintain.
TRUSTEES/Information/Business: The board discussed complaints about solar panels, but the township cannot do anything about them. The board also discussed children on 4 wheelers on the roads not paying attention and cutting vehicles off. Rich stated he did receive numerous residents very thankful for the gift cards at Christmas.
TAX ASSESSOR’S OFFICE / Information / Business: Alice received a phone call about solar panels being an eye sore near his house and requesting his assessment to be adjusted. She explained that property taxes are set according to levies for valuation and taxes.

1. Motion to adopt the Annual Town Meeting agenda. Rich made a motion to adopt the Annual Town Meeting Agenda. Maurice seconded the motion. Motion carried with all ayes.
2. Motion to approve Meeting dates for 2025-2026 Approve with adjustment under September to remove discuss salaries as these are only updated every 4 years. Stacie made a motion to approve the meeting dates for 2025-2026 with adjustment under September. Rich seconded the motion. Motion carried with all ayes.
3. Discuss and act on Resolution No. 2025-04-01 to oppose township consolidation into county
Government SB 2504, SB 2217 and HB 2515 introduced by the 113th General Assembly
Rich made a motion to accept Resolution No. 2025-04-01. Russ seconded the motion. Motion carried with all ayes.
